Willie Shivers Jr., 78, transitioned from this life Friday, Oct. 9, 2020, at his residence. A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Oct. 14, at Baptist Memorial Cemetery, Berry Hill Road, Smithfield.
