Melvin Bowser, 66, of Snead Drive, transitioned Tuesday, Oct. 6, 2020, at his residence. A celebration of life will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 15, in the Melvin J. Blowe Chapel of Crocker Funeral Home. Bishop A.S. Hall will deliver the message of comfort. He will be laid to rest in Albert G. Horton Jr. Memorial Veterans Cemetery.
