Police investigate shooting

Suffolk Police are investigating a shooting that happened early Monday morning.
The shooting was reported at 2:11 a.m. Callers said a man was suffering from a gunshot wound in the 700 block of Ashley Avenue in the Saratoga neighborhood. The victim, a 19-year-old, was taken by ground ambulance to a local hospital with injuries not considered life-threatening.
