Jacob and Abby Conrod along with Julie Williamson earned cross country All-State honors for Nansemond-Suffolk Academy.

The Saints cross country team had three runners earn All-State finishes, as they ran well at the Virginia Independent Schools Athletic Association Division II meet. NSA had three top-20 finishes with Jacob and Abby Conrod along with Williamson.

On the boys’ side, Jacob finished 20th with a time of 17:23.40. On the girls’ side, Abby had the top finish for NSA, finishing 12th with a time of 20:51.10, while Williamson finished 18th.

It was a strong year for all three runners. Both Abby and Williamson earned All-Conference honors, as they finished fifth and seventh at the conference meet.
