Lady Warriors win fourth straight

The Nansemond River High School girls’ volleyball team won its fourth straight game after a win over Great Bridge High School.
The Lady Warriors volleyball team went 2-0 for the week. Nansemond River went to five sets in their win and extended their win streak to four and their overall record to 14-5. Ashlynn Peszko had 15 digs, with Alexa Lyons contributing 18 kills. DeAndra Moore added four blocks.
Next for Nansemond River is a matchup with King’s Fork High School. With a win, the Lady Warriors could earn a 4-0 sweep of their Suffolk rivals.
