The Nansemond-Suffolk Academy volleyball team remains No. 1 in the Division II state rankings.

In all four of the Virginia Independent Schools Athletic Association polls that have come out, the Lady Saints have been ranked first in each of them. They are currently 19-5 on the season with an undefeated record in conference play.

The Lady Saints have a couple of regular season games left before the conference tournament gets under way for them, and they will most likely hold the top seed and will be favorites to win. For state playoff implications, NSA could also hold the top seed throughout the state tournament as well.
