BECO recently announced that Harbour Breeze Medical Center is now 78 percent leased, with Pariser Dermatology Specialists and McKenzie Institute for Foot and Ankle Surgery becoming the two newest occupants of the newly constructed building.

Harbour Breeze Medical Center is a 25,000-square-foot medical building located at 3907 Bridge Road that offers covered patient drop-offs at the front and rear entrances of the building and a full gurney capable elevator. This medical center is directly on Bridge Road across from Sentara BelleHarbour with immediate access to Interstate 664 and less than 1 ½ miles from Bon Secours Health Center in Harbour View.

Pariser Dermatology Specialists will be occupying the entire second floor. “The practice will be expanding their availability and services at Harbour Breeze Medical Center to better serve the community,” said Dr. David Pariser, managing partner.

Dr. Heather McKenzie stated what attracted her to the building was “the ease of access for my patients, both with frontage along the ever-expanding Bridge Road corridor in North Suffolk, as well as the improved internal accessibility for my patients in a new, cutting-edge medical building.” McKenzie added, “As the practice sees patients from all over Hampton Roads, we will now be centrally located to help provide comprehensive connections to other specialists and providers in the area.”

There is currently one first-floor space available within Harbour Breeze Medical Center, measured at approximately 5,600-square-feet.
