Samuel Willins, 78, passed away on Sept. 11, 2019. A visitation will take place at 10 a.m., and a funeral service at 11 a.m., on Saturday, Sept. 21, 2019, at Gethsemane Baptist Church, and he will be laid to rest at Albert G. Horton Jr. Memorial Veterans Cemetery.
