Bulldogs pick up first win

The King’s Fork High School boys’ volleyball team opened the season up against Wilson High School and picked up a win.
King’s Fork won all three sets on the road, 25-20, 25-14, 25-20. Giancarlo Cecchini led the way with three kills, 20 assists, three blocks and an ace. Kyle Putrasek had three kills, with Avontae Burk adding three kills as well. Darius Dunn had two kills and two blocks.
King’s Fork will play its second game of the week at 7 p.m. Thursday at home against rival Nansemond River High School.
