Lady Saints dominate to snap skid

The Lady Saints softball team on Thursday bounced back from a two-game skid with a 15-0 win over Cape Henry Collegiate.
It only took three innings for the Nansemond-Suffolk Academy softball team to take care of business on the road. The Lady Saints used big first and third innings to seal the deal in another shutout. NSA went up 6-0 in the first inning, ultimately putting the game out of reach for Cape Henry.
Madison Inscoe handled pitching duties for the Lady Saints and struck out five in another win in the circle. Inscoe also went 2-3 from the plate with two runs and two RBIs. She also added a double and triple. Jenna Elswick went 2-3 with three RBIs, along with a triple.
