Saints dominate Southampton

The Nansemond-Suffolk Academy baseball team picked up a 14-0 win over Southampton Academy Thursday evening.
The Saints started out hot in the first inning of their matchup with Southampton. NSA turned in six runs in the first inning to go up 6-0. After scoring another inning in the third, a seven-run fourth inning wrapped up the game for the Saints, as the game was over in the fifth inning.
Iziah Turner pitched the shutout, striking out seven. Turner is 2-1 on the mound this season. Nic Psimas was 3-4 with two runs and three RBIs. Zac Morris was 2-4 with two runs and three RBIs.
