Saints fall to St. Christopher’s

The Nansemond-Suffolk Academy baseball team took its second loss of the season last Friday against St. Christopher’s School.
NSA went to 3-2 on the year with the road loss. It was a close matchup, but NSA fell 2-1. The Saints got on the board first in the third inning. A run scored by Iziah Turner gave the Saints 1-0 lead for four innings before SCS scored two runs in the final inning to give them the lead and win.
Nic Psimas and Will Rice shared time on the mound. Psimas struck out nine, while Rice closed.
