The Warriors grabbed a 68-34 win over Hickory High School Tuesday night to close out the regular season.

Senior Jeremiah Lewis led the team with 16 points and added 12 rebounds. Justin Fatherly added 15 points.

The Nansemond River High School boys’ basketball team finished the regular season with a 15-7 record. That win total is a significant upgrade from what the Warriors have done the past two seasons. The Warriors won 11 of their last 13 games and also went 3-2 against their Suffolk counterparts.

Next for the Warriors will be the regional tournament that will begin next week.
