The young Lady Warriors fell to Western Branch High School 51-34 Wednesday night.

The Nansemond River High School girls’ basketball team went on the road to take on a tough Western Branch team. The Lady Bruins got the best of Nansemond River for the second time this year. Ashlee Robertson led the Lady Warriors with 18 points on the night.

The Lady Warriors will host the Lady Cavs at 7 p.m. Friday.
