Apostle Dallas Scott Ellis Sr., 67, passed away Dec. 27, 2018. Apostle Ellis was the general overseer of United Full Gospel Revival Center International Ministries Inc.

Apostle Ellis is survived by his wife, Pastor Janet B. Ellis; three children; and a host of other family members and friends.

Visitation will be held from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 3, 2019, at J.T. Fisher Funeral Services, 1248 N. George Washington Highway, Chesapeake.
