The grand jury on Monday indicted 43 defendants on 121 charges.
The indictments included a 42-year-old man accused of an attempted abduction in August.
Jacob Michael Freiburger is accused of the attempted abduction of a woman on Aug. 26. It happened in the 1800 block of Waters Edge Lane.
The woman said a white male in a silver Lexus pulled up next to her, grabbed her wrist and attempted to pull her inside of the vehicle, according to court documents. She was able to get away and summon help and later identified Freiburger as her attacker, the court documents state.
Freiburger told police he had spoken with the woman but never touched her, the court documents stated.
Freiburger was granted $25,000 secured bond. His first court appearance is set for this Friday.
Meanwhile, a man accused of attacking two people following a car accident in August has been re-indicted due to incorrect information on the original indictments, according to court documents.
Huey Edward Boswell remains charged with malicious wounding, assault and battery, two counts of obstruction of justice and reckless driving. He was indicted on the same counts in October, but prosecutors later found that some of the information provided in the indictments belonged to an individual who is deceased.
Boswell is charged with assaulting a couple, both in their 60s, after they were involved in a crash with one of his family members on Aug. 18.
