Brooke Mills, senior, Lakeland High School field hockey: Mills scored five goals in the Lady Cavs win over Indian River High School.

Ian McAninley, junior, Nansemond-Suffolk Academy football: McAninley threw for four touchdowns in the Saints win over Norfolk Academy.

Natalie Hawkins, senior, Nansemond River High School girls’ volleyball: Hawkins had five aces and four kills in the Lady Warrior’s win over rival Lakeland High School.
