Joyce Elmore Eley, 88, died Aug. 5, 2018. A graveside service will be held 1 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 7, 2018 at Pineview Cemetery in Rocky Mount, N.C. with the Rev. Larry W. Bradley officiating.
