Nancy Mohler Chalkley, 86, passed away July 18, 2018. She was raised by the late Ruby and Shirley Totten.

She is survived by her husband, Milton D. Chalkley Jr.; son, Milton D. Chalkley III; two grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; cousin, Alex W. Oliver IV; and her feline companion, Sunny.

Nancy graduated from Jefferson Hospital in Roanoke and received her training in anesthesia at Norfolk General Hospital with an RN and CRNA.
