The Cavaliers boys’ soccer team took a 4-2 win over Petersburg High School to advance to the next round of regionals.

Lakeland High School hosted Petersburg as the No. 5 seed in the first round of the Class 3 Region A playoffs Friday evening. The Cavs played well to advance to the next round. Hunter Turley and Ryan Wright each scored two goals for Lakeland to lead the charge.
