Barbara Jean Ridgeway, 52, of North Capital Street, transitioned Thursday, May 17, 2018, at Sentara Obici Hospital. A celebration of life will be held at noon Friday, May 25, 2018, at Rising St. James PHC. She will be laid to rest in Holly Lawn Cemetery. Professional services with dignity have been entrusted to Crocker Funeral Home Inc.
