The Suffolk Christian Academy softball team played two games last Saturday that both ended in losses.

The Lady Knights are currently 6-5 after the two losses Saturday in games against Greenbrier Christian Academy and Brunswick Academy. In the game against GCA, they took a 12-1 loss, and against Brunswick, they took a close 10-8 loss.

Against Brunswick, SCA didn’t get much going the first three innings. However, a solid late comeback wasn’t enough for the Lady Knights to get the win. They totaled seven hits as a team out of 29 at-bats. Zoe Wheeler led with two hits.

SCA will play Portsmouth Christian School at home at 4:30 p.m. Thursday.
