Divaris Real Estate Inc. recently announced the completion of leases of office space in Suffolk.

In-Home Health leased 6,246 square feet of office space in the Divaris-leased Harbour Breeze Professional Center Building 1 located at 1500 Breezeport Way. Divaris’s Krista Costa and Katherine Olson represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.

J&R Kickboxing leased 2,700 square feet of retail space in College Park Crossing, located at 6550 Hampton Roads Parkway. Divaris’s Erica Rorrer and Erica McKinstry of Friedman Brokerage Co., represented the tenant in the lease negotiations.
