One person was displaced in a house fire on Godwin Boulevard Wednesday evening.

The fire was reported at 7:38 p.m. in the 4400 block of Godwin Boulevard. The first unit arrived at 7:45 p.m. and found the two-story structure fully engulfed in flames.

The fire was marked under control at 9:35 p.m. The single occupant was not at home at the time of the fire, and there were no injuries. The person was displaced and will be staying with a relative.

The Fire Marshal’s Office is investigating the cause of the fire.
