Bulldogs, Warriors go for championships

Nansemond River High School and King’s Fork High School both will be competing in the regional championships in their respective regions.
The Bulldogs will be home for another week, while the Warriors will go on the road for the final round of the regional playoffs. King’s Fork will host Lafayette High School for the 4A championship, and Nansemond River will travel to Virginia Beach to take on Salem High School in the 5A division.
Both Suffolk teams could be in line to make history come Friday night if both advance to the state tournament. Both games will be played this Friday.
Admission will be $8 for both games.
