TowneBank notes personnel changes

TowneBank has announced three personnel changes within its Suffolk facilities.
Melissa Viado deGuzman, who serves as an internal audit manager at the Member Service Center in Suffolk, has been promoted to senior vice president. She has been a Towne employee for 15 years and has 17 years of industry experience. She received her undergraduate and graduate degrees from Old Dominion University and is a certified internal auditor.
Joaanna DeSalvo has been promoted to executive vice president and human resources director at Towne Financial Services Group.
She has been a Towne employee since 2013 and has 25 years of industry experience. She holds a Senior Professional in Human Resources certification and is also a Society for Human Resource Management Senior Certified Professional. DeSalvo volunteers with the American Society for Suicide Prevention.
LoriAnn Penman has joined the company as a senior vice president and human resources administrative services manager, based at TowneBank’s headquarters in Suffolk.
Penman has more than 20 years of combined financial services and human resources experience. She received her undergraduate degree from the State University of New York Geneseo and a Master of Business Administration from Averett University. Additionally, she holds a Senior Professional in Human Resources certification and is a Certified Compensation Professional.
