To the editor:

Every year, Blue Cross Blue Shield increases its premiums, taking a big chunk out of our measly raises. My net income this year is less than last year.

I’m also still angry about the ridiculous increase in premiums for long-term care. And my auto insurance premium just went up 30 percent in one year.

I believe insurance companies should do a better job managing their assets. I’m not getting raises to offset these increases, that’s for sure.
