Bruce Franklin Ruth, 89, died Feb. 4, 2017. A graveside service will be held Thursday, Feb. 9, 2017, at Albert G. Horton Jr., Memorial Veterans Cemetery at 3 p.m. with the Rev. Brett Carl officiating. Visitation will be held Wednesday night from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. at Parr Funeral Home & Crematory, 3515 Robs Drive, Suffolk, VA 23434.
