Marvin Dewey Howell Jr., 92,  died Dec. 23, 2016. A graveside funeral service will be conducted at 2 p.m., Dec. 27, 2016, at Holly Lawn Cemetery in Suffolk by the Rev. Michael D. Halley. Following the service, the family will receive friends in the Suffolk Christian Church Fellowship Hall from 2:30 to 3:30 p.m. R.W.
