Tammy R. Waters and John M. Gilchrist Jr., both of Suffolk, have announced their engagement.

She is the daughter of Maron and John Waters, both of Suffolk. He is the son of Mrs. Betty Gilchrist and Mr. Johnny Gilchrist, both of Suffolk.
The couple plan an April 2017 wedding in Suffolk.
