The Suffolk Department of Public Works will have a milling and pavement overlay operation on Shoulders Hill Road from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday. The work will continue throughout the week.

Milling of the northbound lane of Shoulders Hill Road between Nansemond Parkway and Pughsville Road will begin on Monday with a flagging operation to alternate traffic through the work zone. Delays should be expected along the route, according to a city press release.
