Saints trump Patriots in soccer

The Nansemond-Suffolk Academy boys’ soccer team handed visiting Portsmouth Christian School a 6-3 defeat on Thursday.
Saints junior Tanner Jackson and sophomore Chris Morgan scored two goals apiece, and sophomores Owen Firnstahl and Arik Behrendt each scored once.
Patriots sophomore Bryce Harrison converted two of his team’s three goals.
NSA, which improved to 2-1 this season, hosts StoneBridge School on Friday afternoon.
