Moses Edward Hill III, 73, of Waynesboro, died Friday, April 24, 2015, at Augusta Health, Fishersville.

He was born Jan. 10, 1942, in Glen Rodgers, W.Va., son of the late Moses Edward Hill II and Thelma Swindell Hill.

Moses was a U.S. Army veteran. He had retired as a manager at Hershey Foods in Stuarts Draft.

He is survived by his wife, Tunisia Hill, of Suffolk; daughters, Felicia Leslie (Nakia), of Suffolk, and Tara Jones (James), of Smithfield; sister, Eunice Cochrane, of New York City; grandchildren, Donovan, Lexus, Tyree (Trevon) and Serena; great-grandchildren, Kimani, Kameran, Korinne and Malachi.

There will be a memorial service at 1 p.m. Friday, May 8, 2015, at McDow Funeral Home, Waynesboro. The family will receive friends at the funeral home immediately following the service.
