Preparations are ongoing at City Hall in anticipation of a large turnout for tonight’s City Council meeting.

The meeting begins at 7 p.m. at 442 W. Washington St. It includes the public hearing on the city’s annual budget.

Parking for visitors is permitted in the following locations:

• Adjacent to the Human Resources Building at 440 Market St.
• The parking lot for the former municipal building on Market Street
• The parking lot across from West End Baptist Church at the corner of West Washington Street and Saint James Avenue
• The parking lot at the corner of West Washington and North streets
• The parking lot at the corner of Morgan Memorial Library across from City Hall
