To the editor:

I’m 12 years old, I have four siblings and we love books. We live near the Morgan Memorial Library and City Hall.

We always want to go to the library but never can, because the parking lot is always filled with city employees.

I think the city should make its employees use the parking lot assigned to them, instead of the library’s. That way, we can go to the library without the parking lot being full.
