Diane Spratley Milteer announces the upcoming wedding of her daughter, Daphne Ralph Smith, to Byron V. Lyons.

He is the son of Brenda Freeman, of Gaithersburg, Md., and the late Barry P. Lyons, of Hampton. She is the daughter of Diane Spratley Milteer, of Suffolk, and Paul Ralph Sr., of Sunbury, N.C. The wedding will take place on May 23, 2015, at New Mount Joy Living Food Ministry.
