Ernest Franklin Moore, 89, of 808 Tazewell St., Portsmouth, died Monday, Feb. 9, 2015, at his residence. A funeral will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 14, 2015, at New Bethel Baptist Church, Portsmouth. Interment will be in Roosevelt Memorial Park, Chesapeake.
