David Diggs, 58, of 1212 Louisa Ave., Portsmouth, died Wednesday, Dec. 17, 2014, at Bon Secours DePaul Medical Center in Norfolk.

A funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. Monday, Dec. 22, 2014, at Macedonia AME Church officiated by Pastor Derrell Wade. Interment will be in Carver Memorial Cemetery.
