H.M. White Transportation of Suffolk has received Lancer Insurance Company’s prestigious Safety Excellence Award. The award recognizes the safety excellence of H.M. White Transportation for the 2013 policy year.

Lancer provides bus insurance to companies in all 50 states and the District of Columbia and instituted its Safety Excellence Award program more than 20 years ago to recognize companies that demonstrate their commitment to safety for their customers and employees by compiling a superior claims record.

“We’re extremely pleased to recognize H.M. White Transportation for its achievement,” Lancer vice president and director of safety and loss prevention Bob Crescenzo said. “We believe it is very important that recipient company’s management, drivers, mechanics and support staff be publicly acknowledged for performing their critical jobs at a level that not only meets, but often exceeds, industry standards.”
