Terry Lynn Diggs, of Suffolk, and Nathan Williams, of Richmond, have announced their engagement.

Diggs is the daughter of the late Master Sgt. Joseph L. and Bertha Scott, of Suffolk.

Williams is the son of Dianne Williams and the late Robert Lee Beard, of Richmond.

An April wedding is planned.
