James Ray White, 84, of Suffolk, died Sept. 21, 2014. A graveside funeral service will be held Wednesday, Sept. 24, 2014, at 11 a.m. at Meadowbrook Memorial Gardens, 4569 Shoulders Hill Road, Suffolk, VA 23435 with the Rev. Ray Hampton officiating. Visitation will be held Tuesday evening from 6 to 7 p.m. at Parr Funeral Home and Crematory, 3515 Robs Drive, Suffolk, VA 23434.
