CBRE|Hampton Roads has announced three new tenants in Harbour Breeze Professional Center, which consists of five single-story office buildings situated in the Harbour View/North Suffolk professional corridor.

Harbour View Oral and Facial Surgery has signed a lease on a 2,584-square foot space in Building Three. This dental group provides oral and maxillofacial surgical services and IV sedation services.

Law firm Steingold & Mendelson leased 1,610 square feet of space, and engineering firm A. Morton Thomas & Associates leased 3,215 square feet in the same building, which is now 95 percent leased, according to a company announcement.

F. Gresham Wall III, senior vice president of CBRE|Hampton Roads, represented the landlord in the transactions.
