Suffolk police are seeking unknown suspects who stole four riding lawnmowers from White Oak Equipment on Progress Road.

An employee of the business on Monday reported the theft of four Kubota riding mowers that had been located in front of the business. One of the mowers was later found at the rear of the property, but the other three remain missing, city spokeswoman Diana Klink said.

The incident occurred sometime between the close of business on June 21 and the time of discovery, Klink said. The investigation is ongoing.
