Nancy P. “Nan” Crocker Richardson, 83, went to be with the Lord June 3, 2014. Born April 22, 1931, in Whaleyville, Nan was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She graduated Whaleyville High School in 1948 and Mary Washington College in 1952, and taught math for many years in Suffolk and Virginia Beach.

Nancy is survived by her daughter, Karen (Jim) Savard; son, Rob (Diane) Crocker; grandchildren, Marie (Kurt) Fielden, Brittany (Robert) Naughton, Tiffany (Cameron) Smith and Lindsey Crocker; great-grandchildren, Isaiah and Gracie Fielden, and River Naughton; step-son, Tommy (Jenny) Richardson; and grandsons Dale and Preston Richardson. Nancy was preceded in death by her loving husband, Tom Richardson.
