Suffolk police are seeking the public’s assistance locating a woman reported missing by her family on Tuesday.

Sharon Jordan Laird, 48, of the 3000 block of Carolina Road, was last seen at her residence at 6:30 a.m. Tuesday. She is driving a 2008 silver, four-door Dodge pickup with Virginia license plate TX12563.

She is described as white, 5 feet 4 inches tall, 125 pounds, with blonde spiked hair and hazel eyes.

While she is considered missing, she does not fall into a suspicious or endangered category, according to a release from the city.
