Estle Ray Blevins Jr., 71, of Suffolk, died March 9, 2013. Mass will be held Wednesday, March 12, 2014, at 3 p.m. at St. Mary’s of the Presentation Catholic Church, 202 S. Broad St., Suffolk, VA 23434, with Father Kenneth Wood officiating. Visitation will be held Tuesday evening from 7 to 8 p.m. at Parr Funeral Home & Crematory, 3515 Robs Drive, Suffolk.
