A four-day archery program will be offered by Suffolk Parks and Recreation for youth, ages 6 to 15, at the Lone Star Lakes Park archery range. The Kingsboro Bowmen will be instructing participants of all experience levels on the history, equipment and fundamentals of archery.

More experienced youth will have the chance to further improve their aim and competitive skills using 3D targets in an outdoor setting. All equipment will be provided by the Great Dismal Swamp National Wildlife Refuge.

The event is free, but space is limited, with registration beginning Feb. 3 and running through April 11.

The program will be held April 13 and 27 and May 4 and 18.
