Two people were arrested after a Saturday evening raid of a house on North Capital Street.

Frances Lee Parker, 46, and Ronald Andrew Woodson, 45, who both live at the residence in the 100 block, are charged with maintaining a common nuisance, city spokeswoman Diana Klink said.

The Special Investigations Unit executed the search warrant about 7:05 p.m. “for maintaining a common alcohol nuisance, maintaining a common narcotics nuisance and selling alcohol without a license,” Klink wrote in an email.
