Constance Colista Copeland, 95, of Suffolk, died Sunday, Dec. 15, 2013, at Sentara Portsmouth Nursing Home in Portsmouth. A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m., Monday, Dec. 23, 2013, at Gates of Heaven Church. Interment will be in Nansemond-Suffolk Cemetery. Crocker Funeral Home is handling the arrangements.
