Greater First Baptist Church Orlando has joined forces to work on a number of projects that will help the local community and people in need.
During the celebration of the Annual 100 Men in Black Program, the church presented the Suffolk Steelers with a check for $500 to help further its mission to “inspire our youth to achieve success on the playing field, in the classroom and in the eyes of the Suffolk community.”
Pastor Moses Ware said he is delighted that GFBC has chosen to go into partnership with the Suffolk Steelers. The church’s sponsorship will defray the operating costs of the team and assist the students academically.
